The product is not yet operated as a commercial SaaS, no commercial structure has yet been established, and no general public commercial offering is currently available.
Full legal notices, commercial terms and contractual documentation will be completed before any public commercial launch.
Any organizational deployment, employer use, on-premise installation, hosted access, internal pilot or third-party use must be governed by a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in Loop, including software source code, product design, user interface, documentation, brand and product concept, are reserved by its creator.
MVP use limits
- Loop is an early-stage MVP and is not yet a commercial SaaS.
- Loop is not production-ready and is intended for limited evaluation and product validation only.
- Do not use Loop to store sensitive, confidential, regulated or customer production data during the MVP phase.
- Any organizational or employer use must be governed by a separate written agreement.
- Access to the MVP does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design or product concept.
- Future commercial terms may be defined separately.
